Caledonia VEX Robotics program
WHO:
- Students in Grades 7-12
- 4 or 5 week league play options in the fall/early winter
- 5-7 month regular season beginning late summer
- Qualifying Tournaments in Oct-early Feb, with the opportunity to advance to Regionals, State, and World Championships.

VEX ROBOTICS
The Caledonia VEX Robotics program had 17 teams competing in the 2018-2019 season, with students from both Middle Schools and Caledonia High School participating.
Caledonia Vex Robotics started in 2016 with 13 High School and Middle School teams comprised of 44 students. Out of our 13 teams we had 3 Regional Qualifiers and 2 State Qualifiers. All the teams together earned 6 trophies which to us, it being our first year, was a huge success.
Students are placed on teams of 3-5 students. In the past we have been able to have 10 Middle school teams and 7 High School teams. Each year we look at the number of students and decide on how many teams to create.
Coaches/Captains will decide together with their teams in the fall what day/time works best for them to meet. Some coaches may be available after school...others may not. We do our best to pair together students with similar schedules.
CALEDONIA ENRICHED
Caledonia Robotics operates under Caledonia EnrichED, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to help maintain and enhance the quality of educational, enrichment opportunities at Caledonia Community Schools through the collaboration of parents, educators, and the community.
